convenient location really good friendliness delayed check-in little time

the location proved very convenient it was close to everything i needed. the staff displayed really good friendliness and helpfulness they enhanced my visit.

check in was delayed arriving at 3:50 pm for a 4:00 pm check in i waited until 4:15 pm for the room to be ready. this delay felt significant especially given the 11:00 am check out time leaving little time to enjoy the room.

i found friendly staff readily available at the front desk. they stored my luggage before check-in. each day, the room received thorough cleaning.

small room disorganized breakfast

the room was quite small it was difficult to manage luggage there. breakfast service felt disorganized one morning i had to find my own cutlery and ask repeatedly for coffee. i noticed several other guests looked similarly frustrated by the slow and inattentive service.
